The Riverside Conference Suite can accommodate up to 60 people in a theatre style seating arrangement. It has flexible table arrangements and lecture room/training room and boardroom style seating can be achieved with very comfortable seating and modern tables. A 60" interactive whiteboard with sound system allows for video presentations and interactive IT presentations. A PA system is also available if required.

A refreshments preparation room is attached to the main room allowing drinks and refreshments to be served easily. Catering can be arranged for conferences and room hirers by arrangement with the administrator. Sample menus for buffet lunches and full meals are available by request.

WiFi internet access is available to all users of the room. Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are available nearby, together with baby changing facilities. A lift to the first floor is available to assist clients with mobility difficulties.
